I really don't know who I am. I have spent most of my life trying to work it out and now I am very comfortable knowing I haven't got a clue. I can't explain anything about myself, what self who the hell is in control here? I don't know how I breathe, grow my hair, sleep at night, or digest food. When I think about it I am a total mystery a sort of presence without a history, maybe a living pulse. Who beats my heart for me? I'll surrender to that and wait for further instructions..tao jones

The One That Is All

Encouraged by the great tradition of the Inner Light at my core, and inspired by my direct vision of it, I submit with reverence to what it lights up. Here I am at once this central Awareness or Consciousness and what it's conscious of, which is none other than its own region-by-region embodiment, its cosmic constitution. The view out from here embraces the One-centred but many-levelled physique that is the expression and instrument and object of the Consciousness that I AM, and I take it as I find it.
